Faulty goods:
If your goods don't arrive in perfect condition, please email us within seven working days of receipt and we'll arrange a replacement.
Returns Policy:
If you have bought any goods in error, you may return them to us within 7 days, provided they are still sealed, and unused.
However, please email first, so we can help you to return the item correctly. Items will be returned at your own expense.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
